About the estate
The Domaine Audu is a traditional family estate located in Barjac in the Rhône Valley, with a history dating back to 1900 and currently managed by Eric and Romain Audu in the sixth generation. The estate encompasses 34 hectares of vineyards situated in a region characterized by a temperate Mediterranean climate and the proximity of the Cévennes between the Rhône and Languedoc. Certified as Haute Valeur Environnementale, the winery relies on mechanical soil cultivation and sustainable practices that build upon a long history of polyculture. Under the Ardèche IGP denomination, the estate produces authentic wines that reflect the expression of the local terroir.
