About the estate
The Domaine Arlaud estate cultivates 17 hectares of vineyards located in Morey-Saint-Denis in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The winery follows organic and biodynamic farming methods, completely avoiding herbicides and utilizing horse-plowing on selected parcels to protect soil life. Vinification is characterized by hand-harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention without synthetic additives. The production includes renowned Grand Cru sites such as Bonnes-Mares, Charmes-Chambertin, and Clos de la Roche, alongside AOC Bourgogne, Chablis, and Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
