About the estate
The Colombaio di Cencio estate is located in Gaiole in Chianti in Tuscany and cultivates seven hectares of vineyards. The philosophy of the winery focuses on Sangiovese, utilizing a careful selection of clones from the local area. The vineyards are managed according to organic practices with a strong emphasis on biodiversity and soil vitality. Vineyard and cellar work is characterized by artisanal methods, including entirely manual harvesting at optimal ripeness. In the cellar, separate vinifications for each vineyard block are conducted to express the distinct characteristics of the terroir.

Colore rosso rubino, all’olfatto pieno con sentori con frutta rossa speziata. In bocca risulta caldo e pieno, con una bella struttura e un tannino morbido, buona la persistenza.
