The Le Palaie estate was founded in 1993 in Montefioralle near Greve in Chianti and is managed today as a family business by David and Andrea Bussotti. The winery cultivates vineyards with the grape varieties Sangiovese Grosso, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. From these grapes, the estate produces wines under the Chianti Classico DOCG and Toscana IGT denominations. Production takes place in the estate's own cellar facilities, which were expanded in 2022. The management of the vineyards and olive groves emphasizes respect for the environment and the avoidance of invasive treatments.
