About the estate

The Claudio Cipressi Vignaiolo estate is located in San Felice del Molise within the Molise region and spans approximately fifteen hectares of vineyards. Situated at an altitude of nearly 600 meters in an unspoiled natural landscape, the vineyards are cultivated with indigenous varieties including Tintilia del Molise, Montepulciano, Falanghina, and Trebbiano. The winery operates under strictly organic methods and applies manual harvesting for its grapes. In the cellar, traditional and non-invasive processes are used alongside careful barrel aging to preserve the authentic personality of each grape variety.
