About the estate

The Principe delle Baccanti estate cultivates a few hectares on difficult clay soils in Baranello within the Molise region. The portfolio includes Falanghina del Molise DOC and Tintilia del Molise DOC. Every stage from the vineyard to the cellar is managed by hand with minimal intervention. The winery avoids the use of herbicides and chemical fertilizers entirely. White wines ferment in stainless steel tanks, while red wines undergo spontaneous fermentation in traditional open chestnut vats.
