Cantina Cianfagna

About the estate

The Cantina Cianfagna estate looks back on a farming tradition dating back to 1860, while the modern winery was established in 1999 by Vincenzo Cianfagna. The four hectares of vineyards are planted with Tintilia and Aglianico and are located in the hills of Acquaviva Collecroce in Molise at an altitude of about 500 meters. The vines are cultivated without irrigation, maintaining low yields and applying minimal treatments using only sulfur and copper. Vinification is carried out in the estate's cellar using traditional methods without artificial additives. The portfolio includes wines under the Molise DOC and Tintilia del Molise DOC appellations.
