The vineyard soils consist mainly of clay as well as a mix of limestone and clay at varying altitudes. The cultivated grape varieties include Verdicchio, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese. The winery practices sustainable vineyard management with manual harvest, parcel-by-parcel vinification in the cellar, and produces approximately 40,000 to 50,000 bottles annually.
