The Christian Hermann Weinbau estate cultivates just over five hectares of vineyards in Fläsch in German-speaking Switzerland. The winery produces wines under the AOC Graubünden denomination, featuring grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Completer, and Riesling. Farming is conducted organically and herbicide-free with a strong emphasis on biodiversity and sustainable practices. The winemaking process avoids fining agents to produce distinctive wines characterized by individuality and typicity. Depending on the wine, maturation takes place either in stainless steel tanks or in French barriques.
