About the estate

The Château Tour Saint-Fort looks back on an eventful history in Bordeaux and has borne various names over time. In the vineyard, the estate places great emphasis on environmental protection, the reduction of pesticides, and adaptation to climatic conditions. Vinification is carried out traditionally with a cold pre-fermentation maceration and automatic temperature control in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, the wines mature in barriques for a minimum of twelve months, with the proportion of new oak at Château Tour Saint-Fort generally not exceeding forty percent.
