About the estate
The Château Chillac estate is located in Morizès within the Entre-Deux-Mers region near Bordeaux and dates back to the thirteenth century. The property is managed by Christelle, Laurent and their two daughters Charlotte and Anne, representing the sixth generation of the family on the estate. The vineyards cover a douzaine hectares and are farmed organically and biodynamically in harmony with the surrounding nature. In the cellar, wine is produced using temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel tanks without adding sulfites during vinification. In addition to the winery, the historic property offers several charming gîtes situated amidst the vineyards and woods.
