Paradise Rescued

About the estate

The Paradise Rescued estate is located in the French village of Cardan within the Bordeaux region and was founded by David Stannard. The operation originated from the protective intent to preserve the rural landscape and local heritage from property development. Today, the certified organic micro winery cultivates approximately one hectare of vineyards planted with Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The vineyard soils consist of soft clay over limestone, producing fruity red wines. The wines are marketed internationally.
