About the estate

The Vignobles Degas estate in Saint Germain du Puch looks back on a family tradition spanning eight generations along the banks of the Dordogne. Covering 90 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, the property cultivates gravel and sandy soils in Graves de Vayres as well as clay-limestone soils. The grape variety portfolio includes red varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot alongside the white varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. The family vinifies and markets the wines independently while applying an environmentally conscious approach focused on treatment only when necessary.
