Chateau les Eydins

About the estate

The Château les Eydins estate is located in the southeast of France within the Luberon Regional Natural Park on the northern slopes of the massif. Winemaker Serge Seignon has managed the property since 1999, continuing a four-generation family tradition of winemaking on his ancestors' land. The vineyard spans 18 hectares and has been farmed organically since the year 2000. Grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan are cultivated for red and rosé wines, while white varieties including Viognier, Vermentino, white Grenache, and Roussanne complete the planting. In the cellar, traditional vinification takes place in raw concrete tanks for reds and in stainless steel tanks for whites and rosés.
