The Chateau la Sable estate is situated in the heart of the Luberon in Provence, encompassing 15 hectares of vineyards. The historic 18th-century bastide was expanded with two towers in the 19th century and ranks among the early private wineries of the region. The property cultivates grape varieties such as Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Rolle, Clairette, Cinsault, and Counoise, operating entirely under organic agriculture. Vineyard management respects the regional natural park, featuring a semi-underground cellar designed for gravity-fed winemaking and energy-efficient operations. The wines produced fall under the AOC Luberon and Méditerranée IGP denominations.
