About the estate
The Château Fabre Cordon is a family estate located in Peyriac de Mer in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, founded in the 1970s by Monique and Henri Fabre. The vineyards are situated in the Corbières area between the Mediterranean Sea and the Massif de Fontfroide. Farming has been organic for more than twenty years, incorporating principles of biodynamics, permaculture, and agro-ecology. In 2011, daughter Amandine took over winemaking following international experience, and Jonathan joined as vineyard manager. The estate produces generous wines with a freshness characteristic of its maritime terroir under the AOC Corbières and IGP Pays d'Oc denominations.
