The Celler Cesca Vicent winery is a small family-run estate located in Gratallops in Catalonia, producing organic wines under the Priorat DOQ designation. The vineyards stretch across sunny hills and steep terraces featuring diverse soils such as slate and quartz. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional varieties like Garnatxa tinta and Carinyena alongside French varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The estate practices organic farming with CCPAE certification and harvests the grapes manually using boxes. In the cellar, long and controlled fermentations take place alongside a one-year barrel aging process to craft the wines.
