The traditional Cave & Domaine Les Perrières estate is located in the Swiss village of Peissy within the Geneva wine region and has been farmed by the Rochaix family since 1794. Today, the eighth generation manages the family business, which looks back on a long history that temporarily even included a venture in Tasmania. The portfolio features a selection of seventeen grape varieties thriving on molasse and clay soils. The estate places great emphasis on environmental protection, biodiversity, and sustainable practices in accordance with cantonal standards.
