About the estate
The Conne family has already cultivated vineyards on the slopes of Lavaux since the 15th century, and the estate is now managed by Christelle Conne. Based in Chexbres within the UNESCO World Heritage region of Lavaux, the Cave Champ de Clos estate farms and vinifies 12 hectares of vineyards located across various production sites in Vaud. The grape variety portfolio consists of approximately 55 percent Chasselas and 35 percent Pinot Noir, alongside red and white specialties such as Gamaret, Garanoir, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer. In 1991, a new winery with a capacity of 200,000 liters was built in Puidoux, utilizing stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for the aging process.
