The Cascina Galarin estate in Castagnole delle Lanze looks back on a history that begins in 1781. Today, Giuseppe and his sons Marco and Giovanni manage the vineyards, applying certified organic farming practices. In the vineyard, the winery completely avoids herbicides and pesticides while focusing on old vines with deep root systems. The grape portfolio includes traditional Piedmontese varieties such as Barbera, Moscato, Nebbiolo, and Freisa alongside international varieties. The vinified wines are bottled with minimal sulfur use and traditionally during a waning moon.
