The CASCINA CA' ROSSA s.s.a estate located in Canale, Piedmont, is managed by Angelo Ferrio and his family. The origins of the agricultural enterprise date back to 1967 when father Alfonso acquired the historic property. Today, the winery cultivates sixteen hectares of vineyards situated on steep hillside locations, which frequently require exclusively manual labour due to their exposition. The production includes various denominations such as Barolo, Barbaresco, and Barbera d'Alba. Since 2012, the estate has operated under organic certification, avoiding synthetic aids to maintain a balanced relationship with nature.
