About the estate
The Casale in Langa winery is located in Canelli, Piedmont, and is dedicated to producing a distinctive wine. Driven by a passion for Muscat grapes and a desire for innovation, the characteristic ice wine Nives was created. The best bunches are harvested by hand in September, dried, and pressed while still frozen at low external temperatures. Finally, this dense, golden-yellow wine is aged in amphorae in the tradition of antiquity.
