About the estate
The Casa Buffetto estate is situated on a panoramic hill in the Lavezzole hamlet near San Damiano d'Asti in Piedmont. The historic property, originally of noble ownership, was acquired by the Volpe family in 1919 and remained in their hands for several generations. Following years of operation as an agritourism by a Swiss company, the estate was purchased by new owners in 2009. The vineyard area covers approximately four hectares, where varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Pinot Noir are cultivated. Wine production forms a core part of the objectives, alongside art and communication.
