About the estate
The Cantine Strapellum estate was founded in 1997 in Rapolla in the Basilicata region, situated at the foot of the extinct Mount Vulture volcano. Across 43 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates the primary Aglianico variety alongside white grapes such as Fiano, Greco, and Malvasia. The volcanic soils shape the character of the wines, which range from traditional still wines to various sparkling styles. The portfolio includes Aglianico del Vulture and Aglianico del Vulture Superiore, among others.
