About the estate

The Cantine Alma winery is located in the Alto Monferrato in Piedmont and focuses on producing Ovada DOCG from the Dolcetto grape as well as Nebbiolo in various forms. The vineyards, aged between 15 and 40 years, have a southern exposure on clay soils rich in fossils and are influenced by warm sea breezes. The estate handles every production step personally, from cultivation to bottling, and applies certified sustainable integrated pest management under the SQNPI standard. Traditional manual work in the vineyards is combined with a modern approach in the cellar to ensure regional quality. The growing wine portfolio offers characterful expressions suited for trade and import partners.
