The CA' VIOLA & C.AZ. AGR.s.s. estate was founded in 1991 in Montelupo Albese in Piedmont before relocating to Dogliani in 2002. The winery cultivates eleven hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Langhe and Barolo regions. The portfolio features grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Chardonnay, and Riesling, producing wines under various appellations including Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, and Dogliani DOCG. The operational philosophy combines traditional winemaking expertise with continuous innovation and experimentation in both the vineyards and the cellar.
