The CA' DI PRESS Az.Agr. di Pressenda Alice e Cristina s.s.a estate is located in Monforte d'Alba in Piedmont. The vineyards in Perno benefit from optimal exposures ranging from southwest to southeast and are meticulously tended through all phases of cultivation. Treatments are kept to a minimum and are limited strictly to sulfur and copper. The wines undergo no fining or filtration and are naturally stabilized outdoors during the coldest winter months.
