About the estate
The biodynamically managed Buchmann winery is located in Wittnau in the Fricktal region and cultivates six hectares of vineyards. The estate is run by Rahel and Daniel Buchmann, who place great emphasis on biodiversity, living soils, and extensive manual labor in the vineyards. Their portfolio includes grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Riesling-Sylvaner, Cuvée Unica, as well as newer varieties like Divico and Souvignier gris. In the cellar, they apply the principle of controlled inaction to produce characterful wines without unnecessary interventions. The wines are available directly from the farm or online.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Müller-Thurgau.
