The Weingut zum Sternen, Andreas Meier Co AG estate, located in Würenlingen in German-speaking Switzerland, looks back on a long family tradition and is managed today in the 17th generation by Andreas and Manuel Meier. The vineyards extend across various characteristic sites such as the historic Kloster Sion plot, the steep Sennhof, the sun-drenched Hölle, and Eichenrain, featuring diverse soils ranging from opalinus clay and shell limestone to marl. The grape variety portfolio includes Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Pinot gris, Sauvignon blanc, Malbec, Kerner, Gewürztraminer, and Merlot. The portfolio comprises precise and long-lived wines with a harmonious acidity structure. Cultivation follows organic methods, while the cellar is equipped with modern, temperature-controlled technology for white wine vinification.
