About the estate

The Bodegas Serdio estate looks back on a long-standing family history that began in the 18th century and is currently led in the seventh generation by Ricardo de Serdio and Myriam Domecq. The winery manages fifteen hectares of vineyards located in the emblematic enclaves of El Perillar in Jerez de la Frontera and Mahína in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The winemaking philosophy focuses on purity without blending, producing solera systems with an average age of ten to eighty years as well as VORS wines. The portfolio features fortified styles such as Fino, Palo Cortado, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez, alongside parcel-selection wines.
