About the estate
The origins of the Bodega Palomino y Vergara estate date back to 1848, when the historic cellar complex was established at its current location. In 1992, the property was acquired by José Páez Morilla, the founder of Bodegas Dios Baco. The portfolio features various Sherry styles such as Manzanilla, Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez, alongside VORS wines with over thirty years of certified aging. In addition to these fortified wines and local vinegars, the estate also produces organic still wines, including Bulería tinto and blanco produced in Arcos de la Frontera. The selection is complemented by a range of spirits such as whisky, rum, gin, and brandy.
The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Pedro Ximénez and Muscat.
