About the estate
The traditional Bodegas Barón estate in Sanlúcar de Barrameda looks back on a centuries-old history dating back to 1631. Today, the Rodríguez Carrasco family cultivates a total vineyard area of 54.7 hectares on albariza soils in the El Poedo and El Hato vineyards. The portfolio includes wines from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry DO and Vinagre de Jerez designations. Production relies on an estate-owned lagar for complete grape processing, alongside historical and modern maturation cellars near the Atlantic coast.
