The winery Bodega La Serrana is located in Toral de los Vados in Castilla y León and celebrates its 25th anniversary. The estate cultivates its own vineyards featuring vines over 100 years old trained in traditional bush vines for the production of the Bagante and Uttaris lines. The portfolio comprises a total of 6 wines, divided into 4 red wines and 2 white wines covering joven and Crianza styles. The red wines are produced entirely from the Mencía grape variety, whereas the white wines are crafted from the Godello variety. The estate is listed within the DO Bierzo protected designation of origin. The range includes the two product lines Bagante and Uttaris with 3 wines each, featuring the red wines Bagante Joven, Uttaris Joven, Bagante Crianza, and Uttaris Crianza, alongside the white wines Uttaris Godello and Bagante Godello. The Crianza wines mature in oak barrels, while the joven versions focus on the primary fruit aromas of the Mencía and Godello grape varieties.
