About the estate
The Bodega Cyan winery was founded in 1999 and is located in the Toro region. The 100-hectare estate features vineyards, olive trees, and pine forests situated on poor soils with sandy surfaces and clay or limestone in the depths. The focus lies on the Tinta de Toro variety, which includes a parcel of old vines aged over 80 years. Traditional and modern winemaking methods involve grape selection on a sorting table and maturation in a barrel cellar holding around 600 casks, primarily made of French oak. Annual production slightly exceeds 150.000 bottles under the Toro DO denomination.
