Bodegas Campo Eliseo

About the estate

The Campo Eliseo estate is located in the center of the village of La Seca within a 17th-century manor house. The vineyards are situated in the Toro and Rueda regions, characterized by a continental climate and clay-sand soils with limestone outcrops. Cultivated grape varieties include Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, and Tinta de Toro. Farming is conducted organically with exclusively manual harvesting into small boxes. Fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts inside an underground cellar featuring a historic network of tunnels ten meters below the surface.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc.
