The Bodega Conde Peraleja winery is part of the family-owned Salto al Cielo group in Andalusia, which was founded in 1967 by Luis López de Carrizosa Ybarra. Winemaking takes place in a small cellar where the wines Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Cream Salto al Cielo are aged. The historically significant estate has shaped the agricultural and cultural identity of the region in the Jerez countryside and San José del Valle for generations.
