The Bioweingut Mißbach GbR estate in Ebringen is run by the Mißbach family in the seventh generation and looks back on a family tradition dating back to 1758. The winery is among the organic pioneers, having farmed its vineyards organically since 1994 and received Demeter certification in 2020. The focus is on classic Burgundy varieties, Riesling, fungus-resistant varieties, and Chasselas, which is native to the Markgräflerland region. The production method involves extensive manual labor, one hundred percent hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and long aging periods in the cellar. The portfolio offers authentic, characterful wines with perceptible vintage and terroir characteristics.
