About the estate

The Bajaj winery farms a total area of 22 hectares in Piedmont, with about 5 hectares dedicated to viticulture and the remainder used for fruit and vegetable cultivation. Since 2014, Adriano Moretti has shaped the development of the estate, which remains deeply rooted in the traditions of the Roero region while embracing innovation. The vineyards are distributed across sites such as the biodiversity-rich cru Gaiuccio and the steep MGA Bric Nota with vines up to 70 years of age. Due to the steep terrain, much of the vineyard work is done entirely by hand to cultivate native grape varieties like Nebbiolo, Arneis, Favorita, and Barbera. The estate produces around 25,000 bottles annually, creating authentic expressions of the local terroir.
