About the estate
The Domaine Bader estate is located in Epfig in the heart of Alsace and looks back on a long history first documented in archives in 1642. Following generations of family ownership, Pierre Scharsch took over the property in 2004 and subsequently resumed in-house bottling in 2006. Today, the estate manages eleven hectares of vineyards with a strong emphasis on preserving natural balances. Since 2016, the vineyards have been cultivated strictly according to organic production guidelines. The portfolio features diverse terroir wines originating from sites such as Baumgarten, Fronholz, and Gottloff.
