The Azienda Vitivinicola Di Legami di Sebastiano Polinas estate cultivates 45 hectares of vineyards in Sicily, spread across the Berlinghieri and Zafarana districts in the Trapani area. Rooted in family tradition initiated by previous generations, the winery is currently run by Giuseppe and Gabriella Di Legami in collaboration with winemaker Sebastiano Polinas, who originates from Sardinia. The estate's clay and limestone soils are planted with indigenous grape varieties such as Perricone, Nero d’Avola, Inzolia, and Grillo, alongside international varieties like Chardonnay and Syrah. Vineyard management has been strictly organic since 2013, supported by natural ventilation that favors the microclimate. The production includes organic white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines that reflect the characteristics of the Sicilian territory.
