The Vini Vaccaro Agricola Srl estate is located in Salaparuta within the southwestern region of Sicily. The origins of the winery date back to the 1970s when Giacomo Vaccaro and his wife Caterina acquired a small farm. In 1999, the project was officially established as a company and is currently managed by descendants including Catia, Carmelo, and Luigi as a family-run enterprise. The winemaking approach combines traditional methods with modern cellar technology such as temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and maturation in barriques and tonneaux. The portfolio includes wines under designations such as Salaparuta DAC and Sicilia DOC.
