The Cantina Sociale Paolini Società Coop. Agricola was founded in 1964 by a group of winemakers in Marsala in Sicily. Today, more than one thousand members cultivate approximately four thousand hectares of vineyards across the municipalities of Marsala, Trapani, Salemi, and Mazara del Vallo. Production follows the principles of organic farming and sustainability within an area characterized by favorable climatic conditions. The portfolio includes olive oil alongside various wines that reflect the traditions of the region.
