The Azienda Agricola Tabarrini Giampaolo estate is located in the Turrita district of Montefalco, Italy, and is managed by the fourth generation of the family. Giampaolo Tabarrini took over the farm in the late nineties and developed it into a successful artisan winery. Across fifteen hectares of vineyards, the family cultivates various parcels in prime locations of the region using sustainable methods. The focus lies on native grape varieties such as Sagrantino and Trebbiano Spoletino, which are crafted into expressive wines. The vinification process involves spontaneous fermentations, extended macerations, and maturation in large oak casks.
