About the estate
The winery Piccola Cantina Rossi is a family-run organic estate located in the Italian region of Umbria, at the foot of the village of Castello delle Forme in the province of Perugia. The total area of approximately five hectares comprises four hectares of vineyards planted between 1990 and 2007, alongside one hectare of olive groves. The estate operates using organic methods, consistently avoids pesticides and chemical treatments, and maintains natural grass cover between the vine rows. The product range features typical grape varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Grechetto, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano toscano, as well as other varieties and various blends. In addition to winemaking, the estate offers cellar visits and tastings.
