About the estate

The Carini estate manages a 140-hectare property in Canneto Perugia following organic farming methods. The family business has its roots in the mid-nineteenth century, when production of wine and olive oil initially began. Situated on the hillside slopes of Mount Tezio, the vineyards cultivate grape varieties including Sangiovese, Gamay del Trasimeno, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Grechetto, and Trebbiano. The portfolio features wines from the Trasimeno DOC and Umbria IGT denominations alongside organic olive oils and traditional regional specialties. Today, the fifth generation continues to operate the estate with a strong commitment to biodiversity and sustainability.

The eno directory lists 14 wines. The estate sells to importers. Export markets include United Kingdom.
