The Azienda Agricola Pascale Francesca winery located in Fosdinovo is run by the Pascale family, who has managed the estate since 1992. Following the initial production of olive oil, Francesca Pascale initiated the expansion into viticulture to valorize the local soils. The organic farming approach consistently avoids chemical interventions in the natural cycle of the plants. Varieties such as Vermentino, Vermentino Nero, Canaiolo, and Merlot are cultivated on predominantly clayey and mineral-rich soils. Vinification has been carried out autonomously in the estate's own cellars since 2015.
