About the estate

The Azienda Agricola del Grillo estate is a family-run business located in the province of Trapani, Sicily. For three generations, the family has cultivated its lands using exclusively biological methods, dedicating many hectares to vineyards planted with native grape varieties. The estate's plots are situated in the localities of Stefanuzzi between Alcamo and Camporeale, Chirchiaro in the municipality of Vita, and Scanza in the hamlet of Bruca in Buseto Palizzolo. The various grape varieties such as Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola, Grillo, and Cataratto are vinified separately to enhance their distinctive territorial characteristics. Every step of the production process is carried out naturally through simple, minimally invasive methods without the use of substances of animal origin.
