About the estate

The Aschauer estate cultivates around eight hectares of vineyards in the Kremstal and Kamptal regions. The family-run winery is managed by Franz, Hannelore, and Edelgard Aschauer, who combine years of experience with specialised expertise. The portfolio features Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Yellow Muscat, as well as fungus-resistant grape varieties such as Muscaris and Donauriesling. Red wine varieties including Blauer Zweigelt, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon are also produced. The vineyards span various sites characterized by deep loess and primary rock soils.
