The Adriano Grasso estate cultivates six hectares of vineyards in Calosso in Piedmont. The family has been based there as farmers and winemakers since the mid-nineteenth century. The vineyards are planted with the grape varieties Barbera, Moscato, Gamba rossa, and Nebbiolo. The winery operates according to organic guidelines with a focus on preserving soil fertility and biodiversity. The produced wines include Barbera d'Asti DOCG, among others.
