About the estate
The Zimmermann estate cultivates its vineyards in the Wagram region with a manageable operating size that allows for careful year-round maintenance of the vines. The resulting wines reflect the respective weather, soil conditions, and the dedication of the winery. To promote soil fertility and natural cycles, the estate uses high-quality humus from a composting facility operated jointly with the Kolm family. This quality compost supplies the soils with natural nutrients and minerals while supporting soil life.
